Common Sense Action is pleased to announce the addition of 4 new members of the National Board! We are excited to have Ryann Roberts, Lane Farrell, Jevin Hodge, and Kirk Hadley join the team.

Ryann Roberts is CSA’s new Director of Policy. She is a second year Masters of Public Health candidate at The George Washington University in Washington, DC. She completed her undergraduate education at Carnegie Mellon University in 2012, earning a student-defined Bachelor of Science in  Health Policy. During her graduate education, she completed policy internships at the League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC), The Joint Commission, and the House of Representatives; Office of Congresswoman Tammy Duckworth.

Kirk Hadley, an undergraduate from Emory University, is CSA’s new Director of Data Science.  Better known as the “data ninja,”  Kirk hails from Charlotte, North Carolina. Prior to joining the CSA team, he  worked in quantitative and technical roles in finance, tech, and healthcare. In addition to his data science background, Kirk has also written extensively on economic policy, most recently with the American Action Forum. Many years ago, Kirk was an International Relations major, which for him was more of an excuse to travel than an academic pursuit. As a result, Kirk is now the only known tri-lingual data nerd in the southeast.

Lane Farrell is CSA’s new Director of Digital Communications.  Attending the George Washington University, Lane enjoys living in DC, and has taken advantage of the internship opportunities it provides.  In the past she has worked with Targeted Victory, The Constitutional Sources Project, and managed the clothing boutique, Forever Heather.  At school she is a member of Kappa Delta, and currently serves as the sorority’s house manager.  She is also a member of the Residence Hall Association, and within in the organization chairs the sustainability committee.  When she is not studying, Lane enjoys indoor rock climbing and triathlons.  Lane can be reached at

Jevin Hodge, hailing from Arizona, is CSA’s new Director of Public Relations.  An already accomplished advocate for Millennial interests, Jevin is the founder of an Arizona based Millennial organization called the Manifesto Project.  He attends the George Washington University. At 17, Jevin founded SINC, a non-profit organization working to educate young leaders on national issues so they can create effective change at a local level. Along with being one of the only students in Arizona state history to author legislation that was passed unanimously in the AZ state legislature, Jevin is a Millennial Inspirational Speaker and the author of L.Y.F.E. – Living Young Free and Extravagant.
